有些客人疑惑:咦? 點解原味﹑ 焦糖﹑ 同牛油焦糖咁脆,而其他味好似芝士﹑ 海苔個啲無咁脆o既?

答:其實爆谷本身係唔脆o既,係軟身o既,佢脆係因為焦糖。而其他無乜加焦糖o既爆谷就會相對無咁脆啦~

又問:點解啲爆谷圓碌碌咁得意o既?

答:因為Eureka 爆谷係人手炒出黎,唔係機做的,所以先可以咁圓碌碌,都算係一種手工藝 (?) 哈哈!
